Technical Principles

All Finnah Packtec machines are based on three technical principles which provide the basis for low-impact, perfectly hygienic and smooth machine operation:

1. Dosing
   Three technically sophisticated technologies able to perform low-impact but also attractive and reproducible metering of any product from liquids to highly-viscous substances, with or without particles.
2. Electrotechnology
   The electrotechnology comprises six set key automatisation modules. The standardised intermodular interfaces enable the use and combination of a variety of manufacturer technologies.
3. Hygiene standards
   The patented H2O2 system is used primarily with the container and bottle fillers and, in addition to an elimination rate of 10-5, guarantees eco-friendly and low-energy sterilisation of the packaging materials.

Each of the principles described above is available as an upgrade module for used packaging machines, including those of other manufacturers.
