All products from liquids through to the highly viscous, also including those with particles, are subjected to specific, low-impact dosing; hot and cold fillings can also be handled without difficulty.
The power-assisted control of the dosing movements means that the metering dosing can be reproduced at the press of a button.
Multi-chamber dosers enable multi-coloured fillings, while several dosers behind one another enable multi-product patterns.
All of the metering systems are both CIP and SIP compatible as well as featuring a low maintenance design.
Finnah Packtec dosing systems also help to increase valuable primary processing time:
